Residential Subdivisions

Residential subdivisions have become second-nature to Rooney Group. At any one-time Rooney’s operations can have up to 10 subdivisions under construction across Canterbury, ranging in size from small 5-section developments up to 1000-section staged subdivisions. The developments include a range of different tasks from underground infrastructure and service supply lines, through to pavements, footpaths, curb and channel, and landscaping.

Industrial Subdivisions

Industrial subdivisions copy the process similar to residential subdivisions, with larger sections and more robust services and infrastructure. With a history of constructing this type of work we know the process and have solid relationships in place for many different regional and local authorities across Canterbury.

Turn-key Developments

Some clients prefer to leave the planning, consenting and quality compliance to someone who can provide a full solution for what can be a complex process.  Rooney Group can provide a complete turn-key process encompassing concept, design, consenting through to the final product ready for titles and buildings to be constructed.

Regional & Local Authority Compliance

Constructing any new residential or industrial infrastructure that is to be vested back to the local authority is a job that must be constructed to specified engineering standards, with thorough attention to quality control. The compliance process begins at design where local authority standards and specifications provide the blueprint that must be carefully threaded into the construction planning. Failure to incorporate standards or incomplete communicate with authorities will result in hold-ups and rejections. We have the experience, history and procedure that can guide the construction process from the first plan through to the final Council certification process.
